EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, or just Oshkosh, is an annual air show and gathering of aviation enthusiasts held each summer at the Wittman Regional Airport and adjacent Pioneer Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States.

About the event
Plans are underway for EAA-46’s annual trip to Airventure.
It is necessary to buy the sites very early to keep our large group together as the campgrounds fill up earlier every year. We can not “hold” sites that are not paid for. And, unfortunately, the daily camping fee has again increased to $36 per day.
Like past years, registering and paying for your campsite must be done on-line. I will not be taking checks and buying sites at the show. Again this year - Children under 18 are free!)
You must buy the sites from Saturday July 13th through the end of the show. (16 Days) The camping fee will be $576. When you purchase on-line you will be prompted to have the confirmation sent to you via a printable form at the end of the transaction. You will bring the printable confirmation to Oshkosh with you. It will be scanned when you arrive and you will get your vehicle pass. Again, you must list your arrival date as July 13th no matter what day you are actually arriving!
You must book your camp site by June 24th and have a copy of your receipt to me by June 30th to camp with the chapter Please e-mail me a copy at

A note for EAA Membership Tent volunteers, your camping credentials will be obtained by EAA staff and given to me when I arrive on Thursday July 11th. Other volunteers should check with their volunteer coordinators.
An important note for those planning on renting RV’s that will be delivered to the site, the rules for getting rental campers on the ground has changed.
